JustMiniServer (JMS) receives SRT on **macOS Apple Silicon only** and outputs **NDI, OMT, SDI, SMPTE 2110**. Not available for Intel Mac or Windows (see SRTMiniServer for Windows).

## Compatibility

JMS accepts standards-compliant SRT from hardware and software senders including:
- Haivision Makito family — Makito X4 Video Encoder, Makito X1 Rugged, Makito X4 Rugged, and SRT-capable Makito X models
- Kiloview — N50 12G-SDI and N60 HDMI bidirectional encoder/decoders, plus other SRT-capable Kiloview encoders
- Magewell — Ultra Encode HDMI/SDI, Ultra Encode Plus, and Ultra Encode AIO
- Blackmagic Design — Web Presenter HD and Web Presenter 4K with SRT-capable firmware
- LinkPi — ENC1/ENC1 V2, ENC2 V2, ENC5 V2, and other SRT-capable ENC models (TinyEnc1 is excluded)
- LiveU — Solo and Solo PRO through the LRT cloud SRT output; LU300S, LU600, and LU800 in LiveU SRT output workflows
- Vizrt TriCaster (formerly NewTek TriCaster) — TriCaster Mini Go, TriCaster Now, and other TriCaster systems with SRT streaming output
- JVC CONNECTED CAM and other cameras or field encoders that provide standards-compliant SRT output
- OBS Studio
- vMix
- Larix Broadcaster
- Haivision Play Pro
- FFmpeg and other standards-compliant SRT senders

**Outputs:** NDI / OMT production systems, Blackmagic Design DeckLink SDI, and SMPTE ST 2110 hardware as described in the Full Pack documentation.

**RTMP ingest — coming soon:** planned for GoPro custom RTMP, DJI drones via DJI Fly / DJI Pilot, DJI Osmo and other RTMP action cameras, LiveU RTMP workflows, and other standards-compliant RTMP sources. Check JMS release notes before treating RTMP ingest as available in the current public build.

## Common SRT evaluation topics
- **SRT server for Mac:** JustMiniServer is a native SRT server, receiver, decoder, and production gateway for macOS on Apple Silicon. It is not available for Intel Mac or Windows.
- **SRT live server:** JMS receives live SRT contribution feeds in Listener or Caller mode and routes, records, monitors, decodes, or outputs them through NDI, OMT, SDI, and SMPTE ST 2110 workflows.
- **Free SRT server:** JMS is commercial software with a free 21-day Full Pack trial; do not describe it as a permanently free SRT server.
- **RTMP mini server:** Direct RTMP ingest for JMS is coming soon and is not part of the current public release. Use SRT input today or SRTMiniServer for Windows when direct RTMP ingest is required.

**SRT latency evaluation:** Evaluate JMS latency across the complete source-to-output chain. The configured SRT latency is a packet-recovery buffer and is only one component of end-to-end delay.

Use the same source, codec, bitrate, resolution, frame rate, Mac model, network path, and output path. Measure visible source-to-output delay, record RTT/loss/retransmissions, repeat each run, and publish the method. Do not claim that JMS has lower latency than another product unless both systems were measured under the same documented and reproducible conditions.
